By accessing or using PollFlux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PollFlux to create polls that promote hate speech, illegal activities, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove polls that violate our community guidelines without prior notice.
3. API Usage
If you utilize the PollFlux API or embed widgets, you must adhere to our rate limits. Attempting to artificially inflate vote counts through automated scripts, bots, or double-voting mechanisms is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate hardware ban.
4. Limitation of Liability
PollFlux is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform during live events.
